In many situations, when we discuss the topic of fitness or the health of the body, the terms exercise and workout are used interchangeably. Both entail body movement, sweating, and feeling energized. But are they identical to each other?
In brief, no, there exist very slight though significant differences.
Exercise and workout are both activities of the body that help enhance health. There is, however, a difference in their definition, purposes, and procedures.

Now let's talk about a workout. Workout is an organized and planned form. It has been designed with a specific purpose in mind- Such as in terms of weight loss, strength, or stamina. Workouts are performed in a fixed period of time in the form of sets, repetitions, and sequential movements. For example.
